Mike at Optimum Pressure Cleaning Services followed the Roof Manufacturer's recomended cleaning procedures. My home is in North Port and I have a Tile Roof.

Did a pretty good job. Driveway still had some dark spots.

Mike did an excellent job cleaning our metal roof and also the driveway and at a very fair price. He's also very friendly and easy to deal with. He quoted me with a handshake and did everything he promised and then some. He really knows what he's doing as well. It was a great experience and I will hire him again when we need our next cleaning. It's nice to know there's people out there you can count on. He's one of them.

Good, thorough job. Would hire again. I'll be careful not to brush against a freshly cleaned wet surface, though, as a shirt was discolored by the cleaning solution.
